We found out we were expecting on January 15th and now pregnancy is nearing an end with only 18 days left before the official due date, September 26th. We found out we were having a boy in May and knew we would be having a little Carter after his daddy, Jared Carter. The middle name took time to decide on, but now he is officially Carter Andrew Childs! I have always liked the name Andrew and we both love that it is a biblical name. I have had a very smooth pregnancy, with healthy checkups and NO nausea! What a blessing! This year has flown by and we still can't believe we are going to be bringing home a baby any day now. I am getting anxious and thinking he will arrive any minute and Jared thinks he will come on his due date. As the weeks have passed, we have just watched in amazement at the miracle growing in my belly. Jared loves to talk to him and Carter loves to hear his daddy's voice, he always starts kicking when Jared talks to him and he has his given him a few good kicks in the nose, it's so funny! Soon enough we will be letting everyone know Carter is on his way. We can't wait to meet him and for him to meet all of our wonderful family and friends!
